Mystery photos we have found.  If you can identify them, please email the person who submitted the photos.

All we know about this photo is that this couple was married and that she is a Thompson (we think her first name was Marie) from Laona, Wisconsin, and she would be my great-aunt. My mother is without a doubt her spitting image--eerily so.  We would be thrilled to know more about both of them!

Both of these photos have my grandfather, Samuel David Thompson, in them but we have no idea who the other people are, and it may lead us to more information about him if we were able to identify the other people in the photographs. 

Helen Robison   I know nothing of this person or the dates. I copied the back of the photo as well, I believe she is a relative but uncertain.   She was very tall at 7'2"

Unknown Women's Organization  This picture portrait was found as a backing to another picture portrait (taken 1909).  No clue to the time this picture was taken or what the organization this is 

Henry Burrus Hartman and Philip Anthony Hartman  Philip graduated June 27, 1922 from School no 13, Yonkers-on Hudon.  They both belonged to St Denis Church,  Yonkers. I also have a picture of a Thomas Hartman.  I believe his wife's name to be Katherine. (not sure of that)

Kenneth McLeod and son Willy  This is a photograph of Kenneth McLeod and his son Willy taken about 1919 in Washington state.  Trying to locate his family.

Unknown Young Woman  Possibly from Washington, D.C. in the 1940's

The back of the woman's photo says "Josie G. O'Hara, Class of '87 F.H.S." (I believe it's Fitchburg High School in MA) and a number penciled in, 18098.  The back of the man's photo simply says "Mr. King." The number that is penciled in is very faint but I believe it says 18027.  Both photographs were taken by JC Moulton Photography.  I am attempting to locate my paternal great-grandparents (my father's maternal grandparents).  All I have are the photos 

This is a photo of the Patrick McCarthy family of West Liberty, Iowa.  I am looking for the specific identification of the family members in the picture.  Photo taken circa 1915.

These school photos were taken in 1903 & 1904, probably in Vermont, near Swanton/Swanson.

My Gr. Grandfather, William Davis, is the man in the middle in this picture.  I would like to find out who the other two men are as I have no idea.

I recently purchase the picture of Joe Lee, Whitleyville, Tennessee in an antique store.

Photo of young soldier, circa WWI, found in a collection from the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  Dorrchester, Caroline or Talbot counties of MD.  The name on top front of picture is W. Ogborn Lynch.

This photo was given to me by Fred Bell, son of John Edward Bell and Maggie Deliah (Waldrep) Bell.  Possible family connections are Campbell's, Bell's, Waldreps (var). and maybe a Vandever.  This photo was probably taken In Texas or Arkansas 

Family - May be Nazaire Turcotte Family  Suspect this could possibly be the Nazaire Turcotte family of Ashby Township, Addington County, Ontario.

Unknown Couple - this photo was taken at the Tucker Ground Floor Studios in Council Bluffs, Pottowottomie Co., Iowa.  I suspect the couple is Anderson & Mary Ann (Shipwash) Davis or their daughter Martha Caroline Davis and her husband, Charles Edwin Davis (her maiden & married names were the same).  Another possibility is the photo is of Hester Jane Davis and husband John Wesley Cox.

Dorothy Shirley ??  Written on Photo:  Dorothy Shirley (I am unable to make out what her surname is.  The last letters in the name appear to be "ster".)

Unknown Family This picture was found about 30 years ago in an old trunk in a small desert community east of San Diego, California.  I have no idea who they are.

Hannah Preedy and friend taken somewhere in London UK region. Would love to identify place and friend

I recently purchased this photo in a frame from my local Salvation Army store.  I would like to post it on your site with hopes of finding the rightful owners.  The back of the photo reads:  Eastman Kodak Company, Week ending Mar. 17, 1956 with something hand written that I can not make out.  There are palm trees in the background so I know this photo wasn't snapped in West Virginia.

May be Mrs. Herman Dehli, Allamakee County, Iowa  This Photo was found in a box of photos.  The owners, John Sandvold's were Neighbors of the Dehli family.  They lived in Taylor and Lafayette Township, Allamakee Co. Iowa.

Mystery Girl  This photo is in the ancestor photo album of the Reeb/Mathison family of Port Colborne and Ayr, Ontario. Emigrating to Canada from Alsace, France 1847 and Roxburghshire, Scotland 1831 respectively. 

Two Unknown Ladies  These 2 ladies picture was found with pictures of my aunt. they possibly could be either Martins, Faughts, or Willetts
